In these cases, the respective delivery conditions of the relevant sales partner apply.\nShipping costs:\nThe shipping costs are calculated individually for each order and depend on the destination country, the weight and the size of the shipment. The exact shipping costs are shown to the customer transparently during the ordering process or in the individual offer.\nShipping method and transport:\nAs a rule, the goods are shipped as a parcel. The selection of the specific shipping service provider (e.g. UPS) is at the discretion of Feldfühler or the respective sales partner. Delivery to parcel lockers or post office boxes only takes place if this was expressly offered during the ordering process and selected by the customer.\nDelivery time:\nUnless otherwise agreed, the delivery takes place within the usual delivery times after conclusion of the contract. Within the shipping areas mentioned above, the average delivery time after release for shipping is several working days, depending on the destination and the availability of the items. Delays caused by the parcel service are disregarded insofar as this is permissible.\nTransfer of risk:\nThe risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the customer upon handover to the commissioned shipping service provider, unless something else has been expressly agreed.\nDivergent agreements:\nDivergent shipping or delivery conditions may be agreed within the scope of individual offers or for larger project deliveries.
